Headshot Session Pricing
$200 Headshot Session Fee
Includes:
- 30-minute headshot session
- Studio or simple on-location setup
- Professional lighting and direction
- Multiple looks and variations as time allows (outfit changes, expressions, glasses on/off, framing)
- Online proofing gallery
Session fee covers time, setup, and creative direction. Final images are selected and purchased separately.
Studio Fee
$40 studio fee (when applicable)
- Covers studio overhead and equipment usage
- Waived for approved client-provided locations
Image Selection & Retouching
$60 per final, professionally retouched image
Each final image includes:
- Natural, high-end retouching
- Color and black & white versions when appropriate
- High-resolution files plus web-optimized versions
- Usage for personal, professional, and internal business use
Volume options (available after proofing):
- 5 images for $250
- 8 images for $380
Retouching begins after image selection. Only purchased images are fully retouched.
Corporate & Team Headshots
For companies needing consistent headshots across multiple people, I offer streamlined team sessions.
Per person: $175–$225 (based on volume and scope)

- Consistent lighting and framing
- Efficient workflow for teams
- Individual proofing galleries
